𝓕𝓲𝓻𝓼𝓽, 𝓦𝓱𝓪𝓽’𝓼 𝓦𝓲𝓽𝓱 𝓽𝓱𝓮 𝓩𝓮𝓫𝓻𝓪?

The pattern of zebra stripes is different in each zebra making each unique. A group of zebras is called a “zeal.” Webster’s dictionary defines the meaning of zeal as “eagerness and ardent interest in the pursuit of something.” I couldn’t be more passionate about helping others grow and become more mindful. There is no greater gift than peace of mind! With peace of mind, nothing is impossible! [Also, I like Zebras and the color teal; I love the quirky mohawk!]

𝓦𝓱𝓸 𝓲𝓼 𝓜𝓸𝓷𝓲𝓺𝓾𝓮 𝓞𝓻𝓻𝓪𝓷𝓽𝓮?

I’m an equally logical and creative, multi-passionate woman. I have more than 5 and less than 10 mindfulness, meditation, and life coaching certifications. Though I am not coaching now, personal development, mindfulness, and natural healing are my top 3 topics.

I chose the name, “Summon Your Spirit” as a fancy way of saying, “Be Your Best Self.” I love helping others become their best selves through my writing, products, and content creations. I am always striving to be my best self; currently, I am focusing on natural healing with foods and herbs. In 2024, I have completely overhauled my diet to improve my health as I continue to practice mindfulness, extending it to mindful eating.

𝓦𝓱𝓪𝓽 𝓲𝓷𝓼𝓹𝓲𝓻𝓮𝓭 𝓶𝓮?
I was in a terrible car accident in 2019 that caused an even more severe subsequent accident. I lost my social services worker job and always knew I was here for more impact. [Pun intended] While in the hospital, I furthered my journey to wellness. Through meditation, I healed my right eye (in front of the doctor) to avoid losing it.

I’ve dealt with a sequence of disabilities since the accident, but have met them with my usual perseverance and optimism. I am working through and around my issues and focusing on what I can do, not what I cannot.

𝓐𝓷 𝓲𝓶𝓹𝓸𝓻𝓽𝓪𝓷𝓽 𝓭𝓮𝓬𝓲𝓼𝓲𝓸𝓷:

I had a TBI (traumatic brain injury) from the accident; I could have given up! Instead, I decided that this was the beginning, not the end! I know that if I could face going from being a social worker to needing help from a social worker while keeping a mindful attitude, I can lead others to be mindful in most situations also.

𝓒𝓾𝓻𝓻𝓮𝓷𝓽 𝓥𝓲𝓼𝓲𝓸𝓷 𝓯𝓸𝓻 𝓢𝓾𝓶𝓶𝓸𝓷 𝓨𝓸𝓾𝓻 𝓢𝓹𝓲𝓻𝓲𝓽

I have gone through many changes with this business and website. I’m specifically focusing on digital products that I know will help people. I am creating an ebook and a highly specialized, transformative journal (especially for people who don’t like to write) that helps you shift into mindfulness when followed daily.
